A few things worth knowing before you write
Most questions we receive fall into a handful of categories. If yours is one of these, the answer may already be on our site:
- Shipping cost and timing: See our shipping policy. Orders over $59 ship free. Standard rate is $10. Most orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days.
- Solar light not turning on: Check that the insulating pull tab has been removed from the battery compartment before placing the sculpture outdoors. This is the most common reason a new product does not light up.
- Returns and refunds: See our return policy for full details. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition.
- Order changes or cancellations: Email us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to help before shipment.
Response times
We respond to all emails within one business day. Messages sent on weekends or US public holidays will be answered the next business day. If you have not heard back within two business days, please check your spam folder and write to us again.
