FantasyCourse is an online retailer. We curate and sell solar-powered garden sculptures. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell.
Accuracy of product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications on this website are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is free from error at all times.

Product use and limitations
Our solar garden sculptures are designed for outdoor decorative use. They are not intended to provide functional illumination for safety, navigation, or task lighting purposes.
- Products carry an IP44 weatherproof rating, which means they are protected against water splashing from any direction. They are not submersible and should not be placed in standing water.
- Solar charging performance depends on direct sunlight exposure. Products placed in shaded areas or used during periods of limited daylight will experience reduced charging and shorter light duration.
- The rechargeable batteries inside solar garden products have a finite lifespan, typically one to three years depending on usage and conditions. Battery replacement may be required over time.
- Prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions — including freezing temperatures, heavy snow, or intense direct heat above normal seasonal levels — may affect the product’s finish, materials, or electronic components over time.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper placement, failure to follow care instructions, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose.
Pricing and availability
All prices on this website are displayed in US dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders at our discretion. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable US state tax laws. The final total, including any applicable tax and shipping costs, is displayed on the checkout screen before payment is confirmed.
