Shipping policy

This page covers everything you need to know about shipping costs, delivery times, and where we ship. If you have a question not answered here, email us at support@fantasycourse.com.

Shipping costs

  • Orders of $59.00 or more: Free standard shipping
  • Orders below $59.00: $10.00 flat rate standard shipping

All prices are in US dollars. We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping. If this changes, we will update this page.

How long will my order take

  • Processing time: 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed
  • Transit time: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimated delivery: 6 to 11 business days from the date you place your order

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment location in Montana. Cutoff time for same-day processing is 12:00 PM MST on business days. Orders placed after that time begin processing the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use that number to follow your package through the carrier system.

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@fantasycourse.com and we will look into it with the carrier.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

We are not able to ship to the following locations at this time:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • US military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
  • US territories outside the contiguous 48 states
  • International destinations

Shipping to these locations involves significantly longer transit times, higher carrier costs, and handling requirements we cannot currently manage to a standard we are comfortable with. We focus on the contiguous 48 states so we can keep delivery times and costs predictable for the customers we do serve. We hope to expand our delivery area in the future.

Customs and import fees

For orders within the contiguous United States, there are no customs duties or hidden fees. All applicable costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Because we do not ship internationally at this time, international customs fees do not apply to our orders.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system after your confirmation email. This is normal and does not mean there is a problem with your order.

Shipping issues

If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@fantasycourse.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged items, a photo helps us resolve things faster. We aim to respond within one business day.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you are concerned about porch theft, please select a secure delivery address at checkout.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, email us right away at support@fantasycourse.com. We can make changes within 24 hours of the order being placed. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
