Who is FantasyCourse?

FantasyCourse is a US-based online retailer. We curate and sell solar-powered animal garden sculptures — we are not a manufacturer. Every product we carry is chosen because we believe it earns a genuine place in someone’s outdoor space. Our business is operated by SKYBRIDGE COMMERCE LLC, based in Kalispell, Montana.

Why do you focus on solar garden sculptures?

We started with a simple observation: a lot of people want their garden or patio to feel more alive — warmer, more personal — but most outdoor decor either requires an electrician or looks cheap after one season. Solar-powered resin sculptures solve both problems. They charge in sunlight and glow at dusk without any wiring. They are built to stay outside year-round.

We focus on animal shapes — turtles, rabbits, cats — because they are universally likeable without being loud. They fit in tidy gardens and wild ones. They work as quiet background pieces and as the first thing you notice when you step outside.

How do you choose what you carry?

We think about two kinds of buyers. The first is someone who tends their own garden and wants a piece that feels considered rather than generic. The second is someone looking for a gift — for a mom, a grandmother, a friend who just moved into a new home — and wants something that will actually be used and appreciated rather than stored in a cupboard. We only carry pieces that we believe work well for both.


About our products

How do the solar lights work?

Each sculpture has a small solar panel built into it. During the day, the panel charges an internal rechargeable battery. When the light level drops at dusk, the LED lights switch on automatically. There is no timer to set and no switch to remember. Place the sculpture somewhere that receives direct sunlight for at least 6 hours and it will manage the rest.

How bright are the lights?

We want to be honest about this: the lights produce a warm, soft glow — not a floodlight. They create atmosphere and ambient light rather than functional illumination. If you are hoping to light a path or read by them, they are not the right product. If you want your garden to feel alive and welcoming after dark, they do that very well. Think of the feeling of fairy lights or a candle outdoors, rather than a spotlight.

How long do the lights stay on at night?

After a full day of direct sunlight (6 to 8 hours), most sculptures will light for 6 to 8 hours. In practice, if you place a sculpture in a sunny garden spot, it should glow from dusk until well past midnight on most nights. Shorter days in winter, or a shaded position, will reduce both charge time and light duration.

What if my garden does not get much direct sun?

Partial shade will reduce performance noticeably. If your garden receives fewer than 4 hours of direct sunlight, the sculptures may not charge fully and the lights may dim earlier in the evening or not come on at all. We would not recommend these products for fully shaded spaces. If you are unsure, feel free to email us before you order — we will give you an honest answer.

Are the sculptures weatherproof?

Yes. Our sculptures are made from weather-resistant resin with an IP44 weatherproof rating. IP44 means they are protected against water splashing from any direction, which covers rain and garden sprinklers. They are designed for year-round outdoor use. In regions with very harsh winters — prolonged freezing temperatures and heavy snow — bringing them indoors during the coldest months will extend their lifespan.

Will the colors fade over time?

The sculptures are hand-painted and finished with a UV-resistant coating. Some gradual fading is normal with any outdoor product after extended sun exposure, typically after one to two years. Keeping the sculpture clean and dry between seasons helps. We do not claim the colors are permanent, but we carry products we believe hold up well under normal outdoor conditions.

My solar light is not turning on. What should I check first?

This is the most common question we receive from new customers, and the answer is almost always one of these:

  • Pull tab not removed: Most solar products ship with a small plastic tab in the battery compartment to prevent discharge during transit. Pull it out before placing the sculpture outside. This is the number one reason a brand new product does not light up.
  • Not enough charge yet: Place the sculpture in direct sunlight for a full day before testing at night.
  • Panel is in shade: Move the sculpture to a spot with at least 6 hours of direct sun.
  • Switch is off: Some models have a small on/off switch near the solar panel. Check that it is set to on.

How do I clean and maintain the sculpture?

Wipe the solar panel gently with a damp cloth every few weeks to remove dust and debris — a dirty panel charges less efficiently. Clean the resin surface with a soft damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning products or abrasives. Do not submerge the sculpture in water.


Buying as a gift

Are these good gifts? Who are they best for?

A meaningful share of our orders are gifts. The people who tend to love these most are those who spend time in their garden or on their patio and take a quiet pleasure in how that space looks and feels — women aged 45 and older, gardening enthusiasts, people who have recently moved into a new home, and cat or rabbit lovers.

Common occasions: Mother’s Day, birthdays, housewarming, Easter, and Christmas. If you are unsure whether it is a good fit, email us and describe the person you are buying for — we will give you an honest opinion.

Does the packaging look like a gift?

Yes. We pack our sculptures with care and the presentation is suitable for giving directly. You do not need to repack or add your own wrapping for most occasions.

Can I send an order directly to the gift recipient?

Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout. We do not include invoice paperwork inside the package, so the price will not be visible to them.


Orders and shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Orders totaling $59.00 or more ship free to any eligible address within the contiguous United States. Orders below $59.00 are charged a flat fee of $10.00. We ship to the 48 contiguous US states only — we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses, or international destinations. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Transit takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery is 6 to 11 business days from the date you order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I cancel my order?

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and it has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it — please wait for it to arrive and then follow our return process. Full details are in our return and refund policy.


Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused or defective. If the item is defective, we cover return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your expense. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the return. Please email us before sending anything back to receive return authorization. Full details are in our return and refund policy.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@fantasycourse.com with your order number and one or two photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We do not require you to return damaged items in most cases.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through PayPal only. You can pay with your PayPal balance, or as a PayPal guest using any major credit or debit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. Full details are on our payment methods page.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The total shown on the PayPal checkout screen is exactly what you will be charged — product price, shipping if applicable, and any applicable sales tax. There are no additional customs fees, handling fees, or surcharges for domestic US orders.
