FantasyCourse is an online retail store selling solar-powered animal garden sculptures. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. We curate and sell physical products shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Eligibility

Products and pricing

All product prices are shown in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and dimensions accurately. Minor variations may occur between product images and the actual item due to screen settings or photography. We include specific dimensions on each product page. Please review them before ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe it was placed fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the listed item at the listed price. We will confirm your order by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance until your order has been dispatched.

We currently accept payment through PayPal only. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. You can check out as a PayPal guest using any major credit or debit card.

All charges are shown clearly before you confirm payment. You will not be billed beyond the amount shown on the PayPal checkout screen.

Shipping

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US military addresses, or international destinations.

Estimated delivery is 6 to 11 business days from the date of order. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days. Transit takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused or defective. Return shipping is covered by us for defective items. For change of mind returns, return shipping is at your expense.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
