We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping. We are working on adding this option and will update this policy when it becomes available.
All prices are in US dollars. There are no additional customs duties or hidden fees for orders within the contiguous United States.
How long will my order take?
Processing time: 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Transit time: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Total estimated delivery: 6 to 11 business days from the date you place your order.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@fantasycourse.com and we will look into it with the carrier.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
We are not able to ship to the following locations at this time:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- US military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
- US territories outside the contiguous 48 states
- International destinations
Shipping to these locations involves significantly longer transit times, higher carrier costs, and handling requirements we cannot currently manage to a standard we are comfortable with. We hope to expand our delivery area in the future.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier system after your confirmation email — this is normal.
Shipping issues
If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or is significantly delayed, please contact us:

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged items, a photo helps us resolve things faster. We aim to respond within one business day.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you are concerned about porch theft, please select a secure delivery address at checkout.
Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, email us right away at support@fantasycourse.com. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
